We are looking for a dynamic BFSI Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in handling both bulk and lateral hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across the BFSI sector within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring mandates in the BFSI domain
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Handle offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI hiring
- Strong experience in bulk hiring (volume hiring) and lateral hiring
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate with experience working with BFSI clients or in a consultancy environment
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
