Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for both clients and the company.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, preferences, and motivations.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Apply various sales tactics to effectively promote job opportunities to candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the CRM.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment is a plus.
