We are seeking a motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based positions, specifically in the IT industry. This role is essential for driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we have the right talent to meet our clients needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates for US Bench sales positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or Bench sales recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade candidates.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
