Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in the Mehsana Gujarat India. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing, hiring, and placing suitable candidates. The role entails maintaining strong relationships with consultants, understanding their professional needs, and marketing their profiles to clients. The recruiter will also handle account management, and ensure effective communication with candidates and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
