Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Mehsana, Gujarat (Night Shift 7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST).

The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end bench sales recruitment lifecycle, including marketing IT consultants, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and closing placements. The role also involves mentoring and guiding candidates through interviews, negotiations, and onboarding to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications:

• Experience or strong interest in Bench Sales Recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of U.S. staffing processes, submissions, and placements
• Strong client relationship and account management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong follow-up, and multitasking abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with the IT industry is an added advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm are welcome
