About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results driven Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in
US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have
3+ years of proven expertise in marketing and placing bench candidates, managing vendor/client relationships, and driving the complete sales lifecycle in a competitive staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively market bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to direct clients and preferred vendors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and clients to ensure a steady flow of job requirements.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and maximum profit margins.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and onboarding processes seamlessly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate submissions, interviews, and placements in the database.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to track bench availability and upcoming pipeline.
- Leverage platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, and LinkedIn to identify and connect with vendors/clients.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates regarding opportunities and next steps.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications.
- Hands-on experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with job boards, social networking platforms, and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
- An established vendor/client network in the US market is highly desirable.
