Submit bench consultants to suitable requirements

Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with vendors/clients

Coordinate interview schedules and follow up until placement

Maintain regular interaction with bench consultants to understand availability and preferences

Work with preferred vendors and layered vendor models

Maintain and update consultant records and submission trackers

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients

Ensure high submission-to-placement ratio
