Job Title: Senior Account Manager -Social and Branding

Location: Hyderabad

Role:

He/ she will be the face of the company for the clients and will be responsible for effective service delivery to clients.

The job includes relationship management with clients, creating Social Marketing Plans as per their business goals and executing them with the help of internal teams of Content and Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Own client brand, business goals, and communication objectives
  • Maintain regular communication and ensure smooth coordination

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning
  • Manage content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Oversee publishing, engagement, and day-to-day account activities

Content & Branding

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop:
  • Social media posts
  • Captions and brand messaging
  • Campaign concepts and creatives
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and visual identity
  • Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, trends, and activations

Brand Communication

  • Support in building brand narratives and storytelling approaches
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all social platforms
  • Help shape communication strategies based on target audience personas

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, creative) for timely delivery
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and feedback loops with clients
  • Ensure quality and consistency in all deliverables

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in social media management, branding, or account management
  • Candidates with education background in Mass Comm. or English Literature preferred
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
  • Good sense of design, copy, and brand aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
