Description
We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry to mid-level candidates looking to kickstart their careers in recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for bench sales positions, working closely with our sales team to meet their hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for bench sales positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future bench sales opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate status.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools to source candidates.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the IT staffing industry and bench sales recruitment processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
