We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing IT professionals in the US market. This role involves working closely with candidates and clients to fulfill staffing needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions in the US market.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate interviews, and negotiations.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in bench sales recruitment in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market and visa processes (H1B, OPT, CPT).
• Proficient in using job portals and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
