Bench sales Recruiter

Over recent months, we have successfully onboarded many consultants for over 20 enterprise clients across industries such as IT services, telecom, healthcare, e-commerce, and engineering design. Our experienced team works closely with clients to meet their goals efficiently and effectively, delivering results within time and budget constraints.

We are seeking a full-time Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team on-site in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying and acquiring new talent, managing accounts, building strong client relationships, and facilitating efficient hiring processes. You will play a key role in connecting technology professionals with high-quality organizations while ensuring timely placements and meeting business goals.

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes
• Skill in Hiring and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage candidate and client relationships effectively
• Ability to work on multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
• Experience in IT and technology industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
