About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven US Bench Sales Recruiter to market our consultants to direct clients, system integrators, and prime vendors across the US. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in placing consultants on C2C/W2 contracts and building long-term vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
• Market IT consultants (Bench) to US clients and vendors on a daily basis
• Submit resumes to open requirements through portals, emails, and direct contacts
• Negotiate pay rates, terms (C2C/W2), and close positions quickly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and end clients
• Maintain an active database of requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements
• Coordinate with recruiters and account managers to understand consultant profiles
• Follow up aggressively on submitted profiles and interview feedback
• Ensure all candidate documents are complete (resume, visa, ID, references, compliance)
• Meet weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / IT staffing
• Strong experience with C2C and W2 hiring models
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience working with US vendors and clients
• Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good understanding of US visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn
• Strong follow-up and closing mindset
Preferred Skills
• Existing vendor database and client contacts
• Prior experience in mid to senior-level IT placements
• Ability to independently handle end-to-end bench sales cycle
• Experience working with ATS/CRM tools
Performance Metrics
• Number of daily submissions
• Interviews generated per week
• Closures per month
• Active vendor accounts built
• Revenue generated from placements
