This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter, Career Advisor, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing professional based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing sales recruitment, executing full-life cycle recruiting, overseeing the hiring process, managing client accounts, and generating leads. The role also encompasses career advising, working closely with candidates to guide them in their career progression, and supporting digital marketing efforts to enhance visibility and outreach.

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and hiring processes
• Experience with Account Management and lead generation techniques
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and guide candidates
• Ability to strategize and execute recruitment and marketing goals
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in technology recruitment or related industries is preferred
