Job Description

  • MA in Psychology (preferably with specialization in Child Psychology)
  • Additional Diploma in Child Psychology is a plus

Certification:

  • Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or any behavior modification techniques is an added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years working as a behavior therapist in an intervention center
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working with children aged 2–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement behavior therapy interventions for children
  • Monitor and track children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support consistent development
  • Apply evidence-based techniques in behavioral modification
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes
