Job Description

MA in Psychology (preferably with specialization in Child Psychology)
Additional Diploma in Child Psychology is a plus

Certification:

Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or any behavior modification techniques is an added advantage

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years working as a behavior therapist in an intervention center
Minimum 1+ year experience working with children aged 2–6 years

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement behavior therapy interventions for children
Monitor and track children's progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support consistent development
Apply evidence-based techniques in behavioral modification
Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes
