Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Fundraising Manager, located in Pune Division. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with major donors, fostering philanthropy, planning and executing fundraising campaigns, and managing annual giving initiatives. The individual will work collaboratively with the team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and attract resources to support Purnkuti's mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in engaging and building relationships with Major Donors and securing significant contributions
• Strong Communication skills for effectively conveying the organization's mission and values
• Understanding of Philanthropy and experience working with Charities to meet fundraising goals
• Experience in organizing and managing Annual Giving initiatives
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to creating positive societal change
• Knowledge of the nonprofit sector and experience in child and women development initiatives is a plus
