This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Consultant based in Indore. The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized product recommendations, educating customers about Kimirica's product range, and promoting brand values. The role includes assisting customers with skincare and beauty product selections, delivering excellent customer service, and driving retail sales. Additionally, the Beauty Consultant will ensure an engaging in-store experience by maintaining product displays and staying updated on the latest product knowledge.

• Proficiency in Cosmetology and understanding of Skin Care principles
• Strong Product Knowledge and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
• Proven expertise in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for clients
• Experience with Retail Sales and meeting sales targets in a client-facing setting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning
• Previous experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional cosmetology certification is an advantage
