This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Consultant at our Gurugram location. The Beauty Consultant will assist customers by providing expert advice on skincare, beauty, and wellness products, tailored to their individual needs. Responsibilities include performing skincare consultations, showcasing product knowledge, driving retail sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the store's overall appearance and organization. The individual will also collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a luxurious experience to clients.

• Knowledge and experience in Cosmetology and Skin Care.
• Strong expertise and understanding of various beauty products and Product Knowledge.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to cultivate strong client relationships and enhance customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Retail Sales, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for a client-facing role.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Certification or training in beauty or skincare is preferred but not mandatory.
