This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Beauty Consultant based in New Delhi. The Senior Beauty Consultant will provide personalized skincare and beauty product recommendations, deliver excellent customer service, and assist clients in discovering products that best suit their needs. Other responsibilities include demonstrating product knowledge, achieving sales targets, maintaining the store's visual standards, and staying updated on industry trends and company offerings.

• Knowledge and expertise in Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and its application to customer needs
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to provide tailored recommendations
• Experience in Retail Sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay updated with emerging beauty trends and industry advancements
• Relevant certifications or training in beauty, skincare, or cosmetology are advantageous
