Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell products.
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Retail Assets, CASA, and Current Account Sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-10 years of experience in Banking Sales or related field (preferably in Emerging Corporates).
  • Strong understanding of Banking Products, Banking Sector, and Retail Assets.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship management.
