About The Role

We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and play a strategic role in the growth of our organization. If you have a proven track record in sales and business development, we'd love to have you on board!

QualificationBachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage and close deals
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and market dynamics
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to business development
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
