Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) position located in Ahmedabad. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing partnerships with local tourism companies. Key responsibilities also include generating leads, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth strategies through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Sales and business development skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is an advantage
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site role
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
