Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Executive (BDE) role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive company growth. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify new prospects, preparing sales pitches and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align business goals. The BDE will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication, Networking, and Relationship Building
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition
  • Experience with Sales Strategies, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic understanding of Sales Analytics
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales, IT, or similar industries is an added advantage
