Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Indore location. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, client prospecting, conducting market research, creating and delivering effective sales pitches, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and client prospecting
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to create compelling sales presentations and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to collaborative efforts
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred
