Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring business growth in the IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on high-value projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize project conversions and revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope with clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Track sales performance and optimize bidding strategies for better ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales and business development on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, mobile apps, software solutions, etc.
