Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and building client relationships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, meeting with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The BDE will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and manage ongoing accounts.

Qualifications
  • Experience in lead generation, market research, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
