Business Development Executive (CASA) This role involves acquiring new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field sales and relationship-building activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
  • Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients, and explain banking products.
  • Achieve monthly targets for account openings and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in promotional and marketing activities to increase CASA sourcing.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 03 years in sales/field marketing (Freshers are welcome).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with good negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to work in the field.
