Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad for a Business Development Executive (BDE). The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives. The BDE will also focus on achieving sales targets and supporting client retention through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Ability to conduct Market Research for identifying opportunities and understanding trends
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to develop Sales Strategies and draft compelling Proposals
  • Familiarity with IT solutions and services, with knowledge of Information Security, Cloud Computing, and Networking being a plus
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets under pressure
