This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Surat. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, generating leads, cold calling, and arranging meetings. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services.

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Proposal Development
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Knowledge of IT services, emerging technologies, and industry trends is advantageous
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
