We operate across India and run on-site teams that drive business growth via direct client engagement and candidate outreach.
Role (Location: India | Workplace: On-site): Business Development Executive (Freshers) entry-level sales role ideal for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in B2B sales, campus hiring, and recruitment-driven revenue generation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings with hiring managers and training partners.
- Manage and nurture an active sales pipeline in the CRM, updating lead status, activities and next steps to meet weekly KPIs and targets.
- Support end-to-end sales cycles for campus hiring and recruitment services from initial qualification to proposal handoff with senior BD/Account teams.
- Deliver persuasive product demos and service overviews to prospective clients and follow up to close opportunities or move deals forward.
- Work with marketing and operations to execute targeted outreach campaigns and participate in on-site client meetings, events and campus drives as required.
- Track personal performance metrics (leads, meetings, conversions) and iterate on outreach scripts and objection-handling approaches with coaching from managers.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Freshers / recent graduates open to on-site work across India
- Strong telephone selling experience or aptitude for cold calling
- Basic CRM familiarity and willingness to use Salesforce/Zoho CRM daily
- Comfort with email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking outreach and metrics
Preferred
- Internship or exposure in sales, campus recruitment, or telesales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales engagement tools
- Prior experience using Salesforce or Zoho CRM in a live sales environment
