Inside Sales Executive
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing organisation in the Fitness & Wellness sector delivering membership, subscription and corporate-wellness solutions across India. We serve individual consumers and corporate clients with outcome-driven fitness programs, digital subscriptions and on-ground engagementseeking a driven inside-sales professional to convert leads into loyal members and long-term revenue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert inbound leads and run targeted outbound outreach (calls, email, WhatsApp) to close memberships and subscription products.
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM: update lead status, schedule demos/visits, and progress opportunities to closure.
- Set and manage appointments for on-site tours or virtual demos; coordinate handoffs with operations and training teams.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets through consultative selling, cross-sell, and upsell of add-on services.
- Use objection-handling and negotiation techniques to shorten sales cycle and improve conversion rates.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, prepare daily activity reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven inside-sales experience in fitness, subscription services, or consumer-facing sales environments.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quota-driven performance.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel for pipeline management.
- Expertise in phone-based selling: cold calling, lead qualification, appointment setting and objection handling.
- Ability to close membership/subscription deals and execute upsell strategies for add-on services.
- Fluent English plus one local language (Hindi or regional) for customer-facing conversations.
Preferred
- Experience selling corporate wellness programs or B2B fitness partnerships.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft) and email sequencing strategies.
- Formal sales or negotiation training/certification (advantageous).
