Job Description

Primary Title: Business Development Executive

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing organisation in the cloud communications & customer experience solutions sector serving B2B customers across India. We deliver voice, contact-centre and value-added services that help enterprises acquire customers and improve retention through modern CX platforms and consultative sales engagement.

Location: India On-site role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreachcold calls, LinkedIn engagement and email campaignsto build a predictable pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: discovery solution framing proposal creation negotiation closure for SMB and mid-market accounts.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure pipeline accuracy, timely follow-ups, and forecast reliability.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and commercial offers aligned to client requirements and collaborate with delivery teams for handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while tracking performance metrics and continuously optimizing outreach sequences.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events to build relationships and surface account expansion opportunities.

Qualifications (brief)
