Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, cold-call, and engage potential clients across industries to generate new business leads.
• Conduct market research to understand client hiring needs and tailor pitch strategies accordingly.
• Present staffing solutions and service offerings to decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track candidate placements and ensure client satisfaction.
