Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, school visits, and social media outreach
- Counsel parents and students about STEM programs (Robotics, Coding, AI, etc.)
- Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct demo sessions and explain course benefits clearly
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and existing leads
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and events
- Build partnerships with schools and educational institutions in Bangalore
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 13 years of experience in sales (Education/EdTech preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling, presentations, and client meetings
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or school tie-ups
- Ability to explain technical concepts (basic understanding of robotics/coding is a plus)
- Good networking skills within the Bangalore schools ecosystem
