Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Hyderabad. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and delivering excellent customer service at all times. Key responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing bar stocking and inventory, handling cash transactions, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Knowledge and experience in Bartending and Food & Beverage operations
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and transaction management
• Attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment
• Relevant certifications such as a bartending license or knowledge of beverage regulations are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
