Role Description

Buffalo Wild Wings India is seeking a skilled Bartender for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting drinks and beverages, assisting guests with orders, providing a high level of customer service, handling transactions accurately, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards. Additionally, the role involves managing bar inventory, preparing garnishes, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and ensure a positive experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage handling, including knowledge of hygiene standards and safety practices.
• Proficiency in Bartending, including preparing cocktails and beverages to high standards using various mixing techniques.
• Knowledge of Cash Handling procedures to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred; formal training or certifications in bartending is an advantage.
