Bartender

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender, located in Bengaluru. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the bar area, and managing inventory of beverages and supplies. Additional duties include handling cash transactions efficiently and assisting in creating cocktail menus. The role requires upholding a professional and welcoming environment for all patrons.

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for patrons.
• Strong skills in Food & Beverage service and the ability to adhere to hygiene and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Bartending, including mixing beverages, preparing cocktails, and understanding drink recipes.
• Experience in Cash Handling and the ability to manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and sanitation guidelines and the ability to manage bar inventory efficiently.
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
• Certification in bartending or food safety is an added benefit.
