Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Ahmedabad. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages including coffee and tea, while ensuring excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, managing inventory, assisting customers with their orders, and providing a welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Barista skills, including preparing and serving coffee and tea beverages
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with team members and customers
• Customer Service experience with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming environment
• Food Preparation skills to maintain quality and hygiene standards
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations is a plus

Language Requirements

• Must be well spoken in Hindi and English.
• Gujurati is optional.
