Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Surat. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee and beverages following company standards, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. Additional responsibilities include handling customer orders efficiently, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Qualifications

• Barista skills, including coffee preparation and an understanding of specialty coffee techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
• Customer service experience and the ability to provide a welcoming and professional environment
• Basic food preparation skills and understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous café or hospitality experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for coffe
