Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Pune. As a Barista at The Percolate Caf, you will prepare and serve high-quality beverages including a variety of coffee and tea options, while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workspace. You will engage with customers to ensure excellent service, process orders efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming caf environment, fostering community and connection. Additional responsibilities may include assisting in food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
• Experience or expertise as a Barista, including knowledge of brewing techniques and equipment
• Customer Service skills for resolving inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ability to assist with Food Preparation and maintain hygiene standards
• Proactive attitude, teamwork orientation, and time management abilities
• Passion for coffee culture and delivering exceptional service
