Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Pune. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes managing orders, handling payments, and fostering a warm and hospitable environment at the caf.

Qualifications

• Experience with barista skills, including preparing coffee and other beverages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
• Proficiency in customer service and providing a welcoming environment
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and cleanliness
• Previous experience in a caf or hospitality setting is advantageous
