Role Description The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as light food items, according to The Dressing Room's quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District, requiring consistent presence during assigned shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking orders, operating coffee equipment, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The Barista will also assist with stocking supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines. Collaboration with other team members and adherence to company policies and procedures are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused abilities, including strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage positively with guests and colleagues.
• Hands-on Barista experience or demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and beverage presentation.
• Clear and professional Communication skills to take orders accurately, coordinate with team members, and handle guest inquiries.
• Basic Food Preparation knowledge, with attention to hygiene, safety standards, and consistent quality of food and beverages.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Reliability in attendance, willingness to work flexible shifts, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
