Role Objective
To lead and manage the coffee and non-alcoholic beverage program at The Spirited Spot by delivering premium beverage experiences, maintaining quality standards, driving innovation, and creating memorable guest interactions.
The role involves managing specialty coffee, artisanal teas, mocktails, coolers, wellness beverages, shakes, signature non-alcoholic creations, and café operations while ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.

1. Coffee & Beverage Excellence
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with consistency and precision
- Curate and execute innovative non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, coolers, teas, shakes, wellness drinks, and signature creations
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and signature offerings
- Maintain beverage recipes and SOP compliance
