Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Barista based in Pune District. The Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing daily café operations, preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring baristas, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, managing inventory, and creating a positive ambiance in the café. The role also involves engaging with customers to build lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and maintaining equipment
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to foster positive relationships with team members and patrons
• Effective Communication skills to manage and interact with staff and customers
• Experience in Food Preparation, including knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to train and mentor team members, with a focus on fostering professional growth
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and maintaining café operations efficiently
• Prior experience in a leadership role and/or in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Passion for coffee culture and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences
