Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Hyderabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with food preparation, managing supplies, and creating a welcoming environment that aligns with Adhira & Appa Coffee's focus on community and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- Experience with Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage meaningfully with customers and team members
- Customer Service excellence, ensuring an enjoyable and welcoming experience for all guests
- Experience with Food Preparation to assist in delivering quality menu items
- Punctuality, teamwork, and a passion for coffee and customer engagement
- Basic operational understanding of a caf setup is a plus
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
