Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food items, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the caf, interacting with customers to ensure a pleasant experience, and assisting in inventory management. The role will also involve fostering a welcoming environment and working collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Barista skills, including coffee preparation and food preparation knowledge.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and customers.
  • Proven Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing a superior caf experience.
  • Enthusiasm for specialty coffee and willingness to learn more about coffee brewing techniques.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a caf, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus.
