Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bar Executive role based in Indore. The Bar Executive will oversee daily operations of the bar, maintain and manage inventories, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold service standards. Responsibilities include crafting and serving beverages, training and managing bar staff, adhering to health and safety regulations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The role also involves tracking sales trends and continuously improving the bar's offerings to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in beverage preparation and bar operations, including knowledge of mixology, cocktail crafting, and drink presentation
• Experience in managing inventory, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with health and safety standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Team management and organizational skills, including training and supervising bar staff
• Knowledge of sales trends and the ability to curate beverage menus to suit customer preferences
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in hospitality, mixology, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
