Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will identify potential customers, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets for our Ayurvedic healthcare products. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, pitching products, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining customer records. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to Rootsvital's mission of promoting natural health solutions.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with organizational abilities to manage sales pipelines and documentation
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work on-site in Indore
