Role & Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Video KYC Officers to ensure achievement of performance targets
• Monitor daily activities, call volumes, and quality of KYC verifications
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to enhance performance and ensure adherence to compliance standards

Operational Efficiency

• Oversee smooth and error-free Video KYC operations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Effectively allocate resources to handle volume fluctuations and peak workloads

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure all KYC verifications comply with regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards
• Implement quality control measures and corrective actions to minimize errors
