We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bancassurance Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our bancassurance business by collaborating with banking partners, training staff, and developing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with banking partners to promote bancassurance products.
- Train and motivate bank staff to effectively sell insurance products.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of bancassurance initiatives and report to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all bancassurance activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
