Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company databases and records accurately.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and filing (physical and digital).
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
• Process invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
• Monitor and track orders, inventory, or transactions (if applicable).
• Handle email correspondence and internal communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support front office and management with administrative tasks.
